1. What are the steps to book your services?
   
   When you are ready to book, we ask that you fill out the general contact inquiry form.  Our team will reach out to schedule your consultation and discuss your unique needs and put together a custom quote for your specific extension needs.
   

2. Is IBE the same as hand tied extensions?
   
   Hand-tied extensions is the TYPE of weft used; IBE is the method.
   

3. How often do I need to get my extensions reinstalled?

We recommend your first follow-up appointment at 7 weeks. At that time, your stylist will evaluate your grow-out and determine if you can go longer in between appointments. On average, one has their rows reinstalled between 8-10 weeks.
